Return & Exchange Policy

Returnable Items

Items that can be returned/refunded or exchanged only within 7 days from the date of delivery and must follow the criteria as below:

  • New and unused.
  • Unwashed, unworn, and unused item(s) that have not met your expectations within 7 days of receiving.

Non-returnable Items

We will not accept returns in the following conditions:

  • Items outside the 7 days warranty time frame.
  • Washed, worn, used, or misused items.

please send back the product only once you get the confirmation and approval. If you send it back beforehand, we won’t be able to trace the product and won’t be able to issue a refund to you.

1. If your item is returnable (see above), please email us at : with your details:

  • Order Number
  • Product Name
  • Reason for Return

2. Our customer service team will respond to your request within 48 hours and provide you with our return address.

3. Please send back the item according to our return address.

4. Once we have received the returned item(s), we will email you and arrange an exchange or a refund within 3 days.

5. The consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee be based on the express company you choose. 


Kindly allow between 3-6 business days for our after-sales team to process your request. After this, please note the refund times below:

For credit card refunds, please allow between 7-14 business days for the transaction to process.

For PayPal refunds, please allow up to 48 hours.
